Location: Gimli
Join Betel Home Foundation as a Registered Nurse in Gimli or Selkirk, Manitoba. Provide exceptional nursing care and clinical direction to ensure resident well-being and safety.
As a Registered Nurse under the Director of Resident Care, you will deliver comprehensive care in line with established standards. Your expertise will guide Health Care Aides and other nursing staff. You must adhere to professional responsibilities set by the Canadian Nurses Association and provincial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care aligned with recognized standards
• Offer clinical direction to nursing staff in charge
• Uphold Nursing ethical standards and legislation
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
Requirements:
• Active RN licensure with CRNM or CRPNM
• Current Basic Life Support training
• Geriatrics and dementia care experience preferred
• Proficient in English, multilingual an asset
• Maintain good physical condition for nursing duties
