As a Nurse 2 with Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, you will deliver professional nursing care under general supervision. The position includes treatments, care coordination, discharge facilitation, and leadership within the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent registered nursing services to residents and patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments according to requirements
Coordinate resident and patient care and discharge
Lead within the healthcare team
Demonstrate regional, facility, and unit commitments
Requirements:
Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing education program
Maintain registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Meet employer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training requirements
Demonstrate communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Manage simultaneous demands and changing situations
Bring registered nursing expertise, clinical judgment, and care coordination skills to Winnipeg Regional Health Authority residents and patients.
