The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse for the 2S Ortho Trauma unit. This in-person clinical position works days, nights, and weekends at 0.40 FTE. You will administer prescribed treatments, coordinate care and discharge, and contribute leadership within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional registered nursing services for patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments independently
Coordinate patient care and discharge processes
Lead within the healthcare team
Respond to complex and unpredictable health needs
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
Maintain registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Current surgical experience preferred
Orthopedic experience preferred
Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
Apply registered nursing expertise, orthopedic knowledge, and patient-care coordination skills within Grace Hospital’s Ortho Trauma unit.
