Snow Loader Operator 2025-26 Season

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is hiring a Snow Loader Operator for the 2025-26 season. The role involves managing snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties, responding to snow and ice events, and operating equipment safely. Part‑time on‑call shifts may be overnight or day periods.

• Operate loaders or agricultural tractors with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Maintain clean sites and ensure no property damage during snow removal.
• Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfall or severe weather.
• Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night.
• Provide professional service and follow all health & safety regulations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a snow removal role.
• Flexible hours, including days, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• On‑call availability from November to April.
• Cell phone with data plan required.
