Clintar is hiring for the 2025-26 winter season. Join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, night and day, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock.

• Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
• Shovel, snow blow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de‑icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.

• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• On‑call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November to April.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Prior snow experience is an asset.
• Wage $19.00‑$24.00 HR.
