River Oaks Golf Course is hiring for the full-time Outdoor Maintenance Staff role, perfect for responsible candidates who appreciate the game of golf. This role includes mowing, trimming, and maintaining course integrity through careful daily upkeep. Candidates should be self-starters, attentive to detail, and able to manage their responsibilities effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain fairways, tees, and greens by mowing
• Execute proper bunker maintenance practices
• Perform push mowing and trimming activities
• Help with sodding and other maintenance tasks
• Follow management instructions to ensure course quality
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in maintenance work is a plus
• Understanding of golf fundamentals is appreciated
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Willing to start work at 6 am and work outside
• Must be prepared for physically challenging conditions
