This full-time position places you at the forefront of safety and health initiatives  will lead the Site Safety Plan, engage with stakeholders, and analyze critical data related to incidents.

Your role will define the safety culture and enhance communication regarding EHS obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of EHS regulations affecting the facility

• Collaborate on Site Safety Plans and monitor outcomes

• Review and analyze incident data to find trends

• Coach key departments for adherence to safety standards

• Conduct safety walkthroughs and track action completion

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in EHS management within manufacturing

• Proficient understanding of OSHA and MB WSH regulations

• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety

• Relevant EHS certifications are advantageous

• Strong skills in MS Office and EHS platforms
