Safety Specialist at KPIC Maintenance Services

In this position, you will be an integral part of our maintenance services division, collaborating with site staff and leadership to implement effective health, safety, and environmental programs. Your responsibilities include conducting employee safety orientations, monitoring compliance, and facilitating training initiatives to enhance workplace safety across multiple provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with site staff on HSE initiatives
• Conduct safety orientations for employees and contractors
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations
• Arrange and oversee safety training sessions
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in safety management
• Construction Safety Officer Certification or equivalent
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
