The Principle Chemist role allows you to work on defining project plans while independently conducting lab-scale experiments and documenting findings. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute experiments according to established work plans

• Accurately log experimental observations in lab systems

• Discuss findings and solutions with project leaders

• Analyze chromatograms and spectra for data interpretation

• Prepare and present project updates to the team

Requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical chemistry, especially in R&D

• Strong problem-solving abilities in a lab setting

• Familiarity with R&D manuals and compliance procedures

• Ability to train and supervise junior staff members

• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
