WHS and Quality Management Specialist

In this specialist role, you'll implement WHS protocols, investigate incidents, and coordinate training for employees within the Distribution Centre. You will oversee audits, manage employee welfare during work-related injuries, and advocate for a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage WHS systems
• Conduct incident investigations and document actions
• Partner with HR on injury management
• Plan and coordinate internal audits and certifications
• Manage non-conformance issues and customer complaints
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Health and Safety and Quality Assurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
