Location: Portage la Prairie
Be a crucial part of a clean energy revolution as a Site Quality Technician. Elevate product quality and implement rigorous inspection standards in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
As a Site Quality Technician, you will ensure compliance with corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements while working closely with project management operations. You’ll leverage your expertise in inspection, training, and auditing processes to uphold high safety and quality standards. This role demands solid analytical skills and allows you to engage with various stakeholders on-site, actively contributing to energy sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as on-site IMS subject matter expert
• Implement inspection standards and methods
• Train and direct contracted inspectors' activities
• Prepare quality status reports for management
• Conduct process audits ensuring compliance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in quality control
• Bilingual in French and English
• Familiarity with technical standards (ASTM, ISO)
• ASQ Certified or Certified ISO auditor preferred
