Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule internal audits across programs
- Conduct comprehensive audits of program records and documentation
- Review Individual Support Plans to ensure compliance
- Support accreditation activities and maintain audit tools
- Identify compliance risks and develop corrective actions
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3–5 years in developmental services with quality assurance experience
- Robust knowledge of QAM and MCCSS standards
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
