In this critical position, you will ensure that all health and safety regulations and quality standards are strictly adhered to within the Distribution Centre. By conducting thorough audits and facilitating training, you will lead the way in promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
Your role demands a proactive approach to incident management and worker rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee WHS and QA training programs
• Investigate accidents and ensure documentation is complete
• Conduct and manage internal and external audits
• Lead initiatives for workers' rehabilitation and compliance
• Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in a relevant field
• Strong background in Health and Safety and Quality Management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Experience in warehouse settings
