Lead quality assurance and control initiatives as a QA/QC Superintendent in mining and industrial construction. Elevate project standards and ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols.
As a QA/QC Superintendent, you will spearhead the development and execution of quality programs across various projects. Your expertise in quality leadership, field oversight, and inspection management will drive a culture of quality assurance throughout the teams. You’ll ensure that all activities adhere to project specifications, regulatory standards, and company quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and execute the QA/QC program on site
- Establish and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Provide direction to QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel
- Monitor construction activities for compliance
- Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation
- Experience in QA/QC in construction or mining
- Solid leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Commitment to safety and quality execution
