Charles详细介绍应聘者必须具备英语读写听说能力,并拥有SQF相关经验。Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection, data collection, and analysis. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our products and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. The Quality Controller will collaborate closely with production teams to uphold quality management and assurance protocols, utilizing various measurement tools and inspection techniques.

Experience with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and audits is required.

Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.

Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.

Ensure compliance with established quality standards, safety regulations, company policies, and SQF requirements.

Assist in developing and updating quality management procedures and inspection protocols.

Support SQF certification processes, internal audits, corrective actions, and ongoing food safety initiatives.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on inspection data and analysis.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, measurements, non-conformance reports, and audit documentation.

Requirements Proven experience in quality management, manufacturing, or a related field with a focus on quality control or assurance.

Previous experience working with SQF standards, food safety programs, and audit processes is required.

Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools, including proficiency with calipers and other measurement instruments.

Excellent analysis skills to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues.

Familiarity with QA/QC processes, standards, and documentation practices.

Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed visual inspections consistently.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and record keeping.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings clearly.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or food packaging environment is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
