Quality Specialist Manufacturing

Our client in Winnipeg is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to enhance their quality system. You will implement controls, conduct audits, and coordinate corrective actions to meet regulatory and customer requirements. Key tasks include conducting process audits, overseeing calibration programs, and supporting product transfers among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Quality System effectively

• Perform VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 audits

• Assist with external audit preparations and corrective actions

• Oversee non-conforming material processes

• Train personnel on quality processes as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma preferred

• 1+ years in a manufacturing setting

• Strong skills in 8D problem solving and PPAP documentation

• Excellent Excel and computer skills required

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
