Position: Quality Control Technician at ADM Milling

In this role, you will serve as an operator relief technician, primarily testing raw materials and finished goods. Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, you will record and analyze results, supporting mill sanitation when needed. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high standards for quality control within the lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on wheat, flour, and bakery mixes

• Record and analyze test results, monitoring trends

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations

• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions

• Maintain lab equipment and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education, preferably in food science

• Experience with lab testing, AACC methods preferred

• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work overtime and in varied environments
