• Oversee compliance for multiple certification programs
• Conduct internal audits of organic systems compliance
• Collaborate with commercial teams on product ingredients
• Maintain databases for New Product Certification Prep
• Address non-conformities across manufacturing sites

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality or R&D
• In-depth understanding of certification programs
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation control
• Effective communicator with solid judgment
