Position: Quality Control Inspector for Paint )
Ensure exceptional paint finishes as a Quality Control Inspector at Irving Shipbuilding. You’ll validate quality and prepare documentation while collaborating with stakeholders for project success.
This role emphasizes a robust commitment to a 'first-time-right' approach. As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll oversee inspections, document compliance with specifications, and maintain ISO standards in a shipbuilding environment. Your contributions will be vital to preventing quality deviations and enhancing processes through continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities   Conduct in-depth inspections of painting and surface preparations
Collaborate with customers to achieve project sign-offs
Assess specifications and integrate hold points effectively
Review production reports for accuracy and compliance
Prepare non-conformance reports to maintain quality standards
Requirements   Red Seal Trade Certification or equivalent experience
3-5 years in a relevant quality inspection role
Experience in shipbuilding inspection preferred
Proficient in MS Office and Share Point
Strong verbal and written communication skills
