Elevate quality standards with Hitachi Rail as a Quality Lead in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing discipline maturity and empowering operational teams daily.
As a Quality Lead, you'll drive quality initiatives within engineering, supply chain, or services. Your expertise will foster a culture of responsibility regarding quality management, while you support teams to implement procedures uniformly. Ensuring that projects align with standards will be vital to the success of our quality commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of quality processes and procedures
• Provide problem-solving support for quality issues
• Manage integration of quality processes into projects
• Address inquiries from Quality Assurance Managers
• Develop critical action plans and assess their efficiency
Requirements:
• 10 years in Engineering/Quality Assurance
• 5+ years in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
• 5+ years as Quality Assurance Manager
• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of CENELEC standards and ISO systems
