Quality Assurance Coordinator LRT Project

Become a vital part of the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT project as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator. Focus on ensuring project quality through detailed oversight and documentation of construction standards.

The QA/QC Coordinator will manage daily responsibilities related to quality assurance and control on this transformative project. This role requires effective collaboration with various teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with applicable codes and the project’s Quality Manual. You will be instrumental in identifying variances, non-conformities, and supporting audit processes to guarantee top-tier quality throughout construction.

• Review construction performance for early variance identification
• Ensure documentation of non-conformities and conduct audits
• Support ISO 9001 auditing and assessment
• Monitor subcontractor performance and manage quality inspectors
• Review materials received for conformance to specifications

• 5 years of direct construction inspection experience
• Certification as Skilled Engineer or Engineering Technologist
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and root cause analysis
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
