As a Quality Control Specialist, you will bolster Aplin's quality monitoring efforts in Winnipeg. This role involves executing product evaluations and collaborating on quality systems improvements. Utilize your knowledge of the 8D process to solve problems and ensure product conformity within manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing and controlling the Quality System
• Perform periodic process and product audits for compliance
• Prepare for and assist during External Audits
• Oversee non-conforming material disposition
• Facilitate training for inspection and production personnel
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or technical diploma preferred
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving and PPAP
• Proficient in Excel and ISO/IATF processes
• Solid English communication skills
