Ciena is looking for a Junior Quality Project Manager to manage quality programs and projects across different teams. Under the guidance of the Director of Quality, you will develop project plans and lead initiatives aimed at improving product performance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to highlight trends while collaborating with stakeholders to tackle quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cross-functional quality programs

• Create and implement project plans effectively

• Initiate programs that enhance customer satisfaction

• Utilize data analysis to uncover trends

• Work with teams to address quality problems

Requirements:

• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification required

• At least 2 years in project management or QA

• Proficient in statistical analysis techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools
