Position: ADM Milling Quality Control Lab Role
Join ADM Milling Co. as a Quality Control Lab Technician in Port Colborne, ON. This full-time role emphasizes lab testing and upholding product quality every day.

As a technician focused on operator relief, you will conduct essential tests on raw materials and finished goods. You will be responsible for analyzing results, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and providing support for mill sanitation tasks when not in the lab. Your keen attention to detail will ensure product conformity to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing on wheat, flour, and bakery mixes

• Analyze and record test results while monitoring trends

• Maintain safety and compliance with all regulations

• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions

• Keep lab equipment and documentation up to date

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in food science is preferred

• Lab testing experience, AACC methods knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of GMP and HACCP systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work overtime and adapt to varied environments
