You will be responsible for monitoring production quality and confirming that all operations align with industry standards. Candidates must have a solid background in the food industry, with knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and sanitation processes. Strong communication skills and teamwork with different departments are imperative in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily quality checks on meat products diligently
• Enforce and observe sanitation practices rigorously
• Collaborate with QA on non-compliance actions
• Keep detailed records and prepare lab samples accurately
• Assist in training programs for QA and production teams
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to endure physically demanding tasks in cold environments
• Degree in Food Science or related field is preferred
