Your role is essential in ensuring project success and robust quality integration.
As a Quality Manager, you will report to the Project Quality Director and spearhead the implementation of quality management across construction processes. You’ll develop crucial protocols, enhance documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while managing a skilled quality improvement team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee stringent quality requirements implementation
• Manage a dedicated quality improvement team
• Assist in preparing Inspection and Test Plans
• Conduct continuous quality assessments throughout the project
• Collaborate with partners for effective execution
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or applicable technology
• 10+ years in construction, including 5 focused on quality
• Preferred CWB Weld Inspector credentials
• In-depth knowledge of operational codes
• Demonstrated ability to foster a quality and safety culture
