Quality Control Lead Position

Position: OCL Group Quality Control Lead Position
Drive quality excellence as the Divisional Quality Control Lead at OCL Group within the Midstream division. Ensure compliance and project specifications while mentoring local teams.

OCL Group Inc. is looking for a dedicated leader to manage quality control processes in the Midstream division. In this role, you will report to the VP and ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and specifications. Collaboration with field teams and subcontractors is crucial, along with the opportunity for travel to conduct field inspections and maintain high-quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate Quality Management Systems according to client needs

• Review RFP documentation and quality criteria for bids

• Conduct field inspections and quality assurance evaluations

• Continuously optimize and enhance quality processes

• Mentor and coordinate local QC teams effectively

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in industrial quality control

• Strong background in pressure piping and fabrication required

• Preferred CWB Level 2/3 and NACE Level 2/3 qualifications

• Self-motivated with good organizational skills

• Must pass requisite safety and drug tests
