Elevate your testing expertise with Insight Global as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Halifax. This role emphasizes both manual and automation testing of web applications, with in-office work two times a week.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of manual testing and 5 years in automation. You will execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing within the Digital Platform Team, focusing on quality throughout the testing phases. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is essential.
Responsibilities- Design automation scripts for Digital Channels projects
- Conduct manual testing across end-to-end workflows
- Perform functional and exploratory testing on web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with Agile teams on testing strategies
- Validate data using SQL queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 7+ years of manual testing experience
- 5+ years of automation experience
- Knowledge of qTest and Git Hub
- Proficient in JIRA and SDLC methodologies
