- Lead all phases of testing, including user acceptance

- Collaborate with development, product, and support teams
- Provide mentorship to junior QA personnel
- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- In-depth expertise with Customer Connect platforms
- Robust testing and analytical skills
- Background in banking applications preferred
- Ability to cultivate a team-oriented setting
