Key Responsibilities- Mentor Quality Engineers across product squads
- Define and implement quality engineering standards
- Develop automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms
- Advocate for CI/CD and automation-first methodologies
- Set quality metrics to enhance ongoing improvement
- 7+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- Proficient in Cypress, Karate, and Node.js
- Deep understanding of CI/CD in SaaS
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Lead quality engineering advancements and ensure excellence in Upshop's cutting-edge SaaS offerings.
