Hands-On Quality Assurance Technician

Solution Air Limited seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to enhance product standards in Winnipeg's HVAC sector. This role emphasizes effective inspections, safety testing, and collaboration across teams.

The Quality Assurance Technician will be integral in verifying that HVAC/AHU products adhere to rigorous quality criteria. You will have at least two years of relevant experience and will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Your attention to detail will drive the documentation of inspection findings and support root cause analysis for non-conforming products, all while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of HVAC equipment and components

• Document and maintain inspection checklists and reports

• Identify non-conformances and document using NCRs

• Calibrate inspection and testing equipment

• Support containment activities for quality assurance

Requirements:

• 2+ years in manufacturing or quality assurance

• Relevant technical diploma preferred

• Knowledge of quality tools like CAPA

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to travel if needed
