Shape the future of pharmacy quality as the Director of Practice Quality with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba. Oversee innovative quality programs and lead in a hybrid work setting.
In this strategic role, reporting to the Deputy Registrar, you will oversee the Continuing Competency Program and enact quality assurance initiatives. Your leadership will enhance practice improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Working in a collaborative team will amplify your impact on safe, ethical pharmacy care across Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and improvement of practice quality programs
• Design CCP components for effective delivery
• Integrate quality management programs into practice frameworks
• Manage human and financial resources judiciously
• Educate stakeholders on CCP compliance and best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in a regulated health profession
• 5 years’ clinical practice experience
• 3 years’ supervisory or educational experience
• Strong grasp of pharmacy regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
