This position is crucial to ensuring high standards within the Data Quality team's projects. You’ll oversee and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication between various teams. Your hands-on approach will involve creating guidelines and managing the audit processes that shape our robots' learning structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop acceptance criteria and review guidelines

• Run audits and provide insights for guideline updates

• Coordinate with analysts across multiple projects

• Maintain and update project SOPs regularly

• Manage vendor communications about SLA expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in data quality operations

• Experience in writing review guidelines and SOPs

• Proven experience in QA cycles and their modifications

• Proficient in working with engineering teams for project needs

• Management experience or willingness to oversee team members
