Analytical FSQA Coordinator

Position: Analytical FSQA Coordinator Role
Analyze data and improve food quality as an FSQA Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods. Focus on food safety standards and support quality assurance initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role requires you to monitor compliance with GMP and HACCP while conducting training and coordinating product onboarding. Your ability to analyze data accurately will guide critical decisions and support FSQA leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze food safety and quality compliance data

• Coordinate new product onboarding and initial evaluations

• Implement and manage the Hold and Release program

• Conduct training on food safety protocols

• Maintain and update FSQA documentation in Share Point

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field

• 2 to 3 years experience in a relevant food manufacturing role

• Strong analytical skills with proven recommendations

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

• Effective oral and written communication skills
