• Run the Lab with Precision Perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests to ensure product quality. Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and environmental sampling protocols.
• Spot Trends and Solve Problems Track analytical data, identify out-of-spec results, and troubleshoot discrepancies using LIMS and D365 systems.
• Support Cross-Functional Excellence Train team members, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Production to validate processes and improve testing methods.
• Keep Quality Front and Center Ensure documentation aligns with GMP and GLP standards. Stay current with emerging lab technologies and practices.

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology focus preferred)
• 2–3 years of lab experience, ideally in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with analytical instruments and microbiological procedures
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A mindset for continuous learning and process improvement
• Bonus:
