Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety programs

• Initiate corrective actions for quality deviations

• Coach production staff on QA practices

• Prepare sensory samples and perform evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing role

• Proficient in data analysis and MS Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and train others
