Director of Quality Operations

Take on the vital role of Director of Quality Assurance at Emergent in Winnipeg. This position emphasizes leadership in QA Operations and strategic quality improvement initiatives.

You will report to the Senior Director and be responsible for the effective management of QA Operations, ensuring alignment with Global Quality goals. Your strategic oversight will enhance product and service compliance in line with GMP standards, while fostering a supportive and accountable quality culture across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA Operations and Quality Systems staff

• Ensure adherence to quality and GMP standards

• Create operational plans aligned with quality objectives

• Implement and oversee quality metrics and processes

• Champion quality investigations for critical events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred

• Minimum ten years in Quality or GMP settings

• Strong people leadership capabilities

• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to influence senior management
