Poultry Quality Assurance Supervisor

Drive food safety initiatives as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Sunrise Farms in the poultry industry. Ensure compliance and elevate quality standards in a dynamic environment while leading a team of QA Technicians.

This supervisory position involves direct management of Quality Assurance Technicians, assisting the QA Manager with the implementation of food safety and quality programs.

Your role will focus on adhering to regulations, addressing non-compliance issues, and conducting critical audits across various departments, ensuring accurate application of safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise QA Technicians for quality compliance

• Implement food safety protocols across multiple departments

• Conduct audits and manage compliance to HACCP/BRC

• Investigate deviations and recommend corrective actions

• Train staff on quality assurance processes and safety

Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of food safety and QA principles

• Knowledge of SFCR, GFSI compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in a QA role

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
