AI is seeking a Lead/Senior/Staff QA Engineer to own quality for AI agent systems that autonomously plan, call tools, and act in industrial environments. You will design evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and regression suites to measure reasoning quality and tool usage.
You will collaborate with ML and backend teams to ensure robust, safe agent behavior and continuous quality improvements. You’ll build evaluation infrastructure, define quality bars, and mentor others on testing
