QualityAI seeks a Test Automation Lead to enhance our teams in Canada. In this senior role, you will facilitate communication with Product Owners and Scrum teams while developing QA roadmaps. Your technical skills in automation tools and frameworks, particularly with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, will drive success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead automation projects and QA consulting initiatives
• Develop holistic QA roadmaps with key stakeholders
• Mentor team members towards QA targets and best practices
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Provide daily updates to the iCapital Manager
Requirements:
• Technical expertise in automation tools (3/5 years)
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Experience with BDD, keyword, and data-driven frameworks
• Ability to work independently and mentor others
• Proven leadership in automation team settings
