Darling International Laboratory Technician

Reporting to the Product Safety & Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will ensure that all laboratory analyses align with regulatory standards. This role emphasizes timely documentation and precise data management, making you an integral part of the product safety programs. You will work closely with operational teams to address quality concerns and maintain documentation for compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure laboratory testing meets strict quality standards

• Communicate effectively regarding product safety deviations

• Maintain HACCP plans and verification documentation

• Support internal audits and compliance activities

• Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of laboratory equipment

Requirements:

• Education in chemistry or related science field

• 1-3 years’ experience in a QA or regulatory role

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze data with attention to detail

• Positive work ethic with capability to work independently
