Position: Afternoon Quality Assurance Technician Role
Ensure superior poultry quality at Sunrise Farms as a Quality Assurance Technician during afternoon shifts. Engage in on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.

This role focuses primarily on monitoring GMP adherence and product specifications across raw materials and finished goods. You will conduct Pre-Operational inspections, verify sanitation standards, and initiate corrective actions to maintain high product quality. Your attention to detail will significantly impact our commitment to food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily HACCP compliance and recommend actions

• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and sanitation

• Address any product quality issues immediately

• Assist in GMP inspections for the facility

• Record results of monitoring critical control points

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; related quality control experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge in HACCP and GFSI standards

• Excellent attention to detail and urgency

• Team player with a proactive learning attitude
