Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling of raw and finished products

• Conduct thorough inspections and document results

• Analyze attributes like hydration and particle sizes

• Manage and report on product non-conformance issues

• Issue certificates of analysis to customers

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent certification

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Must be able to work night shifts and overtime

• Previous food industry experience is an asset

• Proficiency in computer skills for data entry
