This role supports the Group Field Operations Raw Procurement Manager and key team members. You'll coordinate crop sampling, manage field observations, and input data into spreadsheets. The job is integral in facilitating effective communication between the harvest crew and agricultural stakeholders while maintaining quality control in agricultural processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate crop sampling for quality assessments
• Work directly with growers per manager's guidance
• Input crop progress into tracking applications
• Record yield and weather data accurately
• Help schedule harvest timelines with the crew
Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Interest in agriculture and field operations
• Availability for special projects
