Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

This Senior Quality Engineer inspects materials, molded components, fabricated parts, assemblies, and finished goods. Working within an ISO 9001-certified system, you will interpret drawings, monitor process conditions, document non-conformances, and support corrective actions. The position combines production-floor inspection with quality records and improvement work.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials against orders, drawings, specifications, and certificates
Monitor molding, fabrication, and assembly processes for conformity
Measure components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection equipment
Investigate quality issues and coordinate containment or corrective actions
Review work instructions and recommend practical process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum five years of manufacturing quality control or assurance experience
Post-secondary education in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related fields
Practical experience with molding, fabrication, assembly, or composites
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, specifications, and instructions
Experience with ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facilities and quality documentation
Apply hands-on inspection, ISO 9001 knowledge, and corrective-action expertise across molding, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing quality.
