Lead food safety and quality assurance programs as an FSQA Supervisor at Maple Leaf Foods. Drive consistent execution across facility operations.
This supervisor role oversees QA programs, food safety protocols, and a team of QA Technicians and Coordinators. You will support HACCP and MLF program updates, audits, investigations, and corrective actions. The position also advances training and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update QA programs for internal and external requirements
- Supervise QA Technicians and QA Coordinators
- Plan staffing according to production demands
- Support HACCP, audits, traceability, and recalls
- Lead investigations and corrective actions
- Degree or diploma in Food Science or related discipline
- Three to five years of food-related experience
- In-depth HACCP development, implementation, and auditing experience
- Proven ability to lead and coach
- Strong communication, organizational, and systems skills
