Position: Residential Leasing Coordinator Role
Join Northview as a Residential Leasing Coordinator in Winnipeg, MB, where you will drive occupancy rates and create a welcoming atmosphere for prospective residents. You will oversee the entire leasing process, facilitating effective communication and timely follow-ups.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage inquiries and streamline the application process for potential new residents. Your duties will include conducting apartment viewings, preparing lease documents, and maintaining accurate leasing records. With your market insight, you’ll contribute to successful marketing strategies to attract tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries from prospective residents

• Schedule viewings and provide detailed property information

• Process rental applications and conduct necessary checks

• Complete and prepare lease agreements and manage move-ins

• Maintain updated leasing records and marketing listings

Requirements:

• Minimum three years leasing experience in property management

• Proven skills in converting leads into residential rentals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and self-motivation

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings
