Hybrid Strategy and Research Assistant

Advance the YMCA’s mission in Toronto as a hybrid Strategy and Research Assistant. Utilize your research skills to enhance youth employment initiatives through collaborative analysis and reporting.

This 8-week contract role focuses on supporting youth pathways to work. You will gather and analyze data from program evaluations, conduct literature reviews, and generate reports to inform evidence-based decisions. This position suits individuals eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization aimed at promoting equity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews on youth employment pathways

• Gather data from evaluations and partnerships

• Prepare detailed reports and data visualizations

• Assist in organizing workshops and stakeholder meetings

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Eligible candidates aged 15 to 30 years

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• Strong research capabilities in quantitative and qualitative methods

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI tools

• Commitment to equity and inclusion
