In this pivotal role within the North team, you will own the research practice and provide insights that are crucial for product development. Your seven years of multi-method research expertise will allow you to consult effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure enriched user experiences through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop systems for organized and actionable research

• Execute comprehensive research projects from inception to completion

• Consult on research quality with product teams

• Enable effective feedback tools for product planning

• Guide PMs in creating measurable research hypotheses

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on UX research expertise

• Skills in building robust research infrastructures

• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

• Clear communication of complex findings

• Familiarity with AI tech and enterprise settings
