Research Assistant at Artists’ Health Centre

Enhance your research skills as a Technical Research Assistant at the Artists’ Health Centre, UHN. This position focuses on literature screening, data organization, and supporting knowledge synthesis outputs.

The Technical Research Assistant role involves significant support for an SSHRC-funded project addressing ecological determinants and artists’ health. Candidates should be enrolled in health sciences, social sciences, or related areas. You will conduct literature reviews, assist in data analysis, contribute to report preparation, and engage in knowledge mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature searches across academic and grey literature

• Perform title and abstract screening for study selection

• Extract and organize data using standardized templates

• Develop evidence tables, summaries, and visual outputs

• Support report and info graphic preparation

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

• Experience in literature review and data synthesis

• Interest in arts, health, or sustainability

• Knowledge of ecological determinants of health is an asset
